Cameron Burke

Program Coordinator
Cameron (“Cami”) grew up in Park City, Utah, where early experiences in the outdoors sparked a lasting commitment to conservation. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from Boston College in 2024. Her senior honors thesis examined barriers to utility-scale renewable energy development for Tribal Nations in the western United States.
At Boston College, Cami served as president of the Outdoor Adventure Program, leading students on backcountry expeditions throughout New England and cultivating leadership, stewardship, and community. Drawn to the landscapes and conservation challenges of the American West, she spent the summers of 2024 and 2025 in Jackson, Wyoming, working as a wrangler, naturalist, and wildlife guide.
In the winter of 2025, Cami served as an AmeriCorps member with Teton Science Schools, supporting both Teton Science School’s Field Education and the Northern Rockies Conservation Cooperative. She is thrilled to return to NRCC as Program Coordinator, where she plays a key role in planning the 10th Biennial Northern Rockies Conservation Symposium and supports a range of programmatic, partnership, and core organizational initiatives.
