Patty Valentine-Darby

Research Associate

Patty Valentine-Darby joined NRCC in the summer of 2021. She is working with the National Park Service as a science communicator and writer-editor with the Natural Resource Condition Assessment Program and the Chihuahuan Desert Network Inventory and Monitoring Program. Patty has worked on science communication products and technical reports on a variety of natural resource topics for the National Park Service for more than a decade. She has also worked as a biologist for federal and state government agencies, universities, and a nonprofit for the benefit of endangered species and other wildlife, wetlands, and upland habitats.
