Ann Harvey is one of Jackson Hole’s best-known conservationists, with decades of experience in field research, teaching, policy analysis and writing. Her current focus is on the use of logging or forest thinning to modify wildfire behavior on public lands. Ann is currently working to prevent the use of such treatments on the congressionally-protected Palisades Wilderness Study Area.
