Erin Muths is a zoologist with the U.S. Geological Survey whose work focuses on host-pathogen dynamics and changes in amphibian populations. The goal of her research is to generate detailed data on amphibian assemblages and to better understand the impact of mitigation efforts on amphibian conservation. She received her doctorate from the University of Queensland in Brisbane, Australia, and is now affiliate faculty at Colorado State University.
