Gloria Flora

Gloria Flora worked for twenty-two years with the U.S. Forest Service, serving in numerous posts, including Forest Supervisor for both the Lewis and Clark National Forest in Montana and the Humboldt-Toiyabe National Forest in Nevada. Her current research involves increasing forest sustainability through the use of biochar. She also continues to promote the sustainability of public lands and water through Sustainable Obtainable Solutions, a non-profit organization she founded, and serves as the Interim Director of the NEWA Forestry Coalition.
